7：1耶和华的话临到耶利米说，
The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD； saying；
7：2你当站在耶和华殿的门口，在那里宣传这话说，你们进这些门敬拜耶和华的一切犹大人，当听耶和华的话。
Stand in the gate of the LORD's house； and proclaim there this word； and say； Hear the word of the LORD； all ye of Judah； that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD。
7：3万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，你们改正行动作为，我就使你们在这地方仍然居住。
Thus saith the LORD of hosts； the God of Israel； Amend your ways and your doings； and I will cause you to dwell in this place。
7：4你们不要倚靠虚谎的话，说，这些是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿。
Trust ye not in lying words； saying； The temple of the LORD； The temple of the LORD； The temple of the LORD； are these。
7：5你们若实在改正行动作为，在人和邻舍中间诚然施行公平，
For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings； if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour；
7：6不欺压寄居的和孤儿寡妇。在这地方不流无辜人的血，也不随从别神陷害自己。
If ye oppress not the stranger； the fatherless； and the widow； and shed not innocent blood in this place； neither walk after other gods to your hurt：
7：7我就使你们在这地方仍然居住，就是我古时所赐给你们列祖的地，直到永远。
Then will I cause you to dwell in this place； in the land that I gave to your fathers； for ever and ever。
7：8看哪，你们倚靠虚谎无益的话。
Behold； ye trust in lying words； that cannot profit。
7：9你们偷盗，杀害，奸淫，起假誓，向巴力烧香，并随从素不认识的别神，
Will ye steal； murder； and mit adultery； and swear falsely； and burn incense unto Baal； and walk after other gods whom ye know not；
7：10且来到这称为我名下的殿，在我面前敬拜。又说，我们可以自由了。你们这样的举动是要行那些可憎的事吗。
And e and stand before me in this house； which is called by my name； and say； We are delivered to do all these abominations？
7：11这称为我名下的殿在你们眼中岂可看为贼窝吗。我都看见了。这是耶和华说的。
Is this house； which is called by my name； bee a den of robbers in your eyes？ Behold； even I have seen it； saith the LORD。
7：12你们且往示罗去，就是我先前立为我名的居所，察看我因这百姓以色列的罪恶向那地所行的如何。
But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh； where I set my name at the first； and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel。
7：13耶和华说，现在因你们行了这一切的事，我也从早起来警戒你们，你们却不听从。呼唤你们，你们却不答应。
And now； because ye have done all these works； saith the LORD； and I spake unto you； rising up early and speaking； but ye heard not； and I called you； but ye answered not；
7：14所以我要向这称我为名下，你们所倚靠的殿，与我所赐给你们和你们列祖的地施行，照我从前向示罗所行的一样。
Therefore will I do unto this house； which is called by my name； wherein ye trust； and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers； as I have done to Shiloh。
7：15我必将你们从我眼前赶出，正如赶出你们的众弟兄，就是以法莲的一切后裔。
And I will cast you out of my sight； as I have cast out all your brethren； even the whole seed of Ephraim。
7：16所以，你不要为这百姓祈祷。不要为他们呼求祷告，也不要向我为他们祈求，因我不听允你。
Therefore pray not thou for this people； neither lift up cry nor prayer for them； neither make intercession to me： for I will not hear thee。
7：17他们在犹大城邑中和耶路撒冷街上所行的，你没有看见吗。
Seest thou not what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem？
7：18孩子捡柴，父亲烧火，妇女抟面作饼，献给天后，又向别神浇奠祭，惹我发怒。
The children gather wood； and the fathers kindle the fire； and the women knead their dough； to make cakes to the queen of heaven； and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods； that they may provoke me to anger。
7：19耶和华说，他们岂是惹我发怒呢。不是自己惹祸，以致脸上惭愧吗。
Do they provoke me to anger？ saith the LORD： do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces？
7：20所以主耶和华如此说，看哪，我必将我的怒气和忿怒倾在这地方的人和牲畜身上，并田野的树木和地里的出产上，必如火着起，不能熄灭。
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD； Behold； mine anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place； upon man； and upon beast； and upon the trees of the field； and upon the fruit of the ground； and it shall burn； and shall not be quenched。
7：21万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，你们将燔祭加在平安祭上，吃肉吧。
Thus saith the LORD of hosts； the God of Israel； Put your burnt offerings unto your sacrifices； and eat flesh。
7：22因为我将你们列祖从埃及地领出来的那日，燔祭平安祭的事我并没有提说，也没有吩咐他们。
For I spake not unto your fathers； nor manded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt； concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices：
7：23我只吩咐他们这一件说，你们当听从我的话，我就作你们的神，你们也作我的子民。你们行我所吩咐的一切道，就可以得福。
But this thing manded I them； saying； Obey my voice； and I will be your God； and ye shall be my people： and walk ye in all the ways that I have manded you； that it may be well unto you。
7：24他们却不听从，不侧耳而听，竟随从自己的计谋和顽梗的恶心，向后不向前。
But they hearkened not； nor inclined their ear； but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart； and went backward； and not forward。
7：25自从你们列祖出埃及地的那日，直到今日，我差遣我的仆人众先知到你们那里去，每日从早起来差遣他们。
Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets； daily rising up early and sending them：
7：26你们却不听从，不侧耳而听，竟硬着颈项行恶，比你们列祖更甚。
Yet they hearkened not unto me； nor inclined their ear； but hardened their neck： they did worse than their fathers。
7：27你要将这一切的话告诉他们，他们却不听从。呼唤他们，他们却不答应。
Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them； but they will not hearken to thee： thou shalt also call unto them； but they will not answer thee。
7：28你要对他们说，这就是不听从耶和华他们神的话，不受教训的国民。从他们的口中，诚实灭绝了。
But thou shalt say unto them； This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God； nor receiveth correction： truth is perished； and is cut off from their mouth。
7：29耶路撒冷阿，要剪发抛弃，在净光的高处举哀。因为耶和华丢掉离弃了惹他忿怒的世代。
Cut off thine hair； O Jerusalem； and cast it away； and take up a lamentation on high places； for the LORD hath rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath。
7：30耶和华说，犹大人行我眼中看为恶的事，将可憎之物设立在称为我名下的殿中，污秽这殿。
For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight； saith the LORD： they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name； to pollute it。
7：31他们在欣嫩子谷建筑陀斐特的邱坛，好在火中焚烧自己的儿女。这并不是我所吩咐的，也不是我心所起的意。
And they have built the high places of Tophet； which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom； to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire； which I manded them not； neither came it into my heart。
7：32耶和华说，因此，日子将到，这地方不再称为陀斐特和欣嫩子谷，反倒称为杀戮谷。因为要在陀斐特葬埋尸首，甚至无处可葬。
Therefore； behold； the days e； saith the LORD； that it shall no more be called Tophet； nor the valley of the son of Hinnom； but the valley of slaughter： for they shall bury in Tophet； till there be no place。
7：33并且这百姓的尸首必给空中的飞鸟和地上的野兽作食物，并无人哄赶。
And the carcases of this people shall be meat for the fowls of the heaven； and for the beasts of the earth； and none shall fray them away。
7：34那时，我必使犹大城邑中和耶路撒冷街上，欢喜和快乐的声音，新郎和新妇的声音，都止息了，因为地必成为荒场。
Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah； and from the streets of Jerusalem； the voice of mirth； and the voice of gladness； the voice of the bridegroom； and the voice of the bride： for the land shall be desolate。

8：1耶和华说，到那时，人必将犹大王的骸骨和他首领的骸骨，祭司的骸骨，先知的骸骨，并耶路撒冷居民的骸骨，都从坟墓中取出来，
At that time； saith the LORD； they shall bring out the bones of the kings of Judah； and the bones of his princes； and the bones of the priests； and the bones of the prophets； and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem； out of their graves：
8：2抛散在日头，月亮，和天上众星之下，就是他们从前所喜爱，所事奉，所随从，所求问，所敬拜的。这些骸骨不再收殓，不再葬埋，必在地面上成为粪土。
And they shall spread them before the sun； and the moon； and all the host of heaven； whom they have loved； and whom they have served； and after whom they have walked； and whom they have sought； and whom they have worshipped： they shall not be gathered； nor be buried； they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth。
8：3并且这恶族所剩下的民在我所赶他们到的各处，宁可拣死不拣生。这是万军之耶和华说的。
And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue of them that remain of this evil family； which remain in all the places whither I have driven them； saith the LORD of hosts。
8：4你要对他们说，耶和华如此说，人跌倒，不再起来吗。人转去，不再转来吗。
Moreover thou shalt say unto them； Thus saith the LORD； Shall they fall； and not arise？ shall he turn away； and not return？
8：5这耶路撒冷的民，为何恒久背道呢。�
